GENERAL ARRANGEMENT

On the ground floor of the Villa Ioanna there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom. From the ground floor you can have direct access to the mini pool, the place for you to rest and relax. The first floor consists of a single comfortable living room with a fireplace, an open space kitchen and dining area and a small restroom. Access to the villa’s spacious furnished yard is also provided directly from the upper floor. Villa Ioanna’s can host 2 to 4 persons, since there is a possibility to use the three-seater sofa-bed placed on the upper floor.

Stone house beautifully restored. Private pool -great view of the valley and sea. When I return I will definitely choose one of Pelion Esties houses, Katerina and her husband were very helpful during our stay – COVID 19 compliant, our encounter was with masks, a basket with sanitizer and masks was provided at check-in.

Amazing place and great host, the place is well equipped to the last detail. The jacuzzi outside is perfect and the location is great, just minutes from the beach but still quiet and calm. Will definitely come back!!
